Let me start by saying that without my weekly deep tissue massage and cupping sessions I would be a mess. I started exercising and working out 6-7 days a week about 9 months ago and my weekly sessions with Bianca help my muscles recover and relax in a way I couldn't do without professional massage therapy. The cupping takes it to the next level. Bianca's training and expertise in different "Eastern Medicine" therapies like cupping is an added bonus. I have had several different types of massages, and so I tried the cupping. I suffer from neck and back pain from a car accident.The cupping is wonderful. I can tolerate very deep tissue massage, and this is an invasive way of releasing the stress in the muscles, yet not having the soreness a deep tissue massage can produce. The atmosphere in the massage room is very condusive to relaxing and letting the massage do the job of relaxing the muscles. I have experienced massages with two of the massage therapists. Each having there own unique way of massaging. Both are excellent!
