About Us
Bianca Berrios, Owner and Founder
Bianca is a Connecticut State Licensed Massage Therapist and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage
and Bodywork. In addition to massage therapy she also is certified in eastern, western and contemporary cupping. She has been providing massage therapy since 2005. She is a graduate of Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy.
After 9 years in Corporate America she decided to go back to school to become a licensed massage therapist. Bianca wanted to make a difference in others lives at the end of the day and to feel good in the process doing so. She has taken her career down this amazing journey of the healing path of massage therapy and it has been an amazing part of her life.
She has worked with and continues to work with many different populations and provide treatment for elite athletes, rehab, accident victims, weekend athletes, students, retirees, physicians, teachers, college professors, coaches, personal trainers, expectant mothers and massage therapists.
Bianca's specialty is Integrative Therapeutic Massage where she incorporates Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Swedish, MFR (Myofascial Release) Thai, Trigger Point Therapy and PNF (proprioceptiveneuromuscularfacilitation) Stretching all into one session geared towards individual client needs and client imbalances depending on whether your focus is relaxation, rehabilitation, maintenance or a combination of all of the above. She uses both client goals and intuitive approach to implement effective treatments. She also works very intuitively letting her hands guide her.
Bianca's goal is to learn about your needs and lifestyle, to develop a treatment plan that will address those needs and lifestyle. She believe's that the power of touch can offer great outcome. Not only on the physical level, but also and perhaps more importantly, the mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
As each individual has a unique need for achieving a balanced lifestyle, her training will allow you to relieve your pain, stress, and discomfort in order to instill balance and Resurrect your body back to life!
